2026 Anglesea Football Netball Club - Volunteer Wellbeing Officer opportunity

Anglesea Football Netball Club are looking for a Volunteer Wellbeing Officer to join our club and help look after the people who make it great.

This role is all about supporting the wellbeing of our players, coaches, volunteers and families, helping create a safe, inclusive and positive club environment.

What you’ll be involved in:

• A contact for wellbeing matters including injured players

• Promoting positive mental health and respectful behaviour at the club

• Helping link people with support or resources when needed

• Working with the committee and coaches to build a strong, supportive culture

Our Well-being person is a much valued member of our team, so if you are:

• Someone approachable, caring and a good listener

• Passionate about community sport and people

• Experienced in wellbeing, health, education or community roles (but not essential)

• Happy to be part of a team and get involved around the club, we’d love for you to get in contact.

This is also a great opportunity for experience in wellbeing, and a great chance to make a real difference in our community club and help ensure footy stays fun, safe and supportive for everyone.
